Data deletion
How to have your Spycy data deleted.

What we store
Your account (name, email, sign in credentials), what you create in Spycy, and for connected Meta accounts: the access token, your WhatsApp Business number and account name, your Instagram business account name and ID, and the messages received and sent through Spycy.
Delete a single lead
Open the lead in Inbox, Leads and choose Delete lead. The lead, its history and its messages are deleted.
Disconnect a channel
In Inbox, Connections, disconnect the channel. Its messages are deleted from our database.
Delete your account
In Settings, choose Delete account and confirm. Your account and everything stored for it are deleted.
By email
Email info@spycy.io with the subject "Data deletion request" from your registered email address. We confirm by email when it is done, within 30 days.
Removing Spycy from Facebook
In Facebook: Settings, Security and login, Apps and websites, find Spycy, then Remove. This revokes our access token and Meta notifies us so we can delete the related data.
